(1) add oil to all lubricating points, roller pressure should be cleaned according to the relevant provisions within a week and add grease before work.
(2) Check the distance between the cutting knife and roller, ensure the distance less than 3mm before work.
(3) Check the suppression of indoor screw inspection, screws and scraper if exit loose phenomenon, especially the screws of the driving wheel and the screws of die.
(4) Check the distance between the rollers, and reasonable adjustment, ensure the distance between the roller.
(5) Check if oil leakage and change oil seal in time.
(6) Keep the detector looking clean.
